Is this course right for you?

  • Who is this course for?

    Parents and coaches from all sports will benefit because our thoughts matter. We can choose to ignore our thoughts or manage them. Mental Toughness is about managing our thoughts and using them to help us become the best version of ourselves.

  • How will this course help me?

    You have up to 60,000 thoughts per day. Those thoughts work for you or against you. This course will help you understand what to do with those thoughts and how to make them work in your favour.

  • What is the format?

    Using audio and video, the lesson format is engaging and thought-provoking. There are PDF worksheets to capture the content and apply your learning.

  • How long will it take to complete the course?

    You have a maximum of 6 months to complete the course, and you choose the pace. If you did it all in one sitting, it would take approximately 55-75 minutes. There's no rush. Get FROM it rather than THROUGH it.

  • Does it include 1 on 1 coaching?

    No. You can sign up for 1 on 1 coaching with Shawnee after you complete the course. You can also join her Parents and Coaches Gold Medal Team with a monthly subscription. Details are on the website: shawneeharle.com
