    One price covers your entire family! This course is for athletes, parents and coaches of ALL ages, ALL abilities, and ALL sports. Tap into the one area that can be elevated and enhanced in EVERYONE, regardless of physical or athletic ability; Mental Toughness. It's not only a sport skill, it's a life skill.

  • What will I learn?

    ATHLETES: You will learn to handle problems, setbacks and failures, embrace risk and discomfort, and manage fear, nerves, and anxiety. PARENTS/COACHES: You will learn to build kids and athletes that are self-aware, emotionally intelligent and equipped with courage.

  • How will it help me?

    ATHLETES: You will shift from timid to brave, confused to smart, and problem focused to solution oriented. PARENTS/COACHES: You will learn new tools to help your kids, athletes and yourself manage the disappointment and frustration of sport. "When you know better, you do better."

  • What is the format?

    There are three lessons full of deep, rich Mental Toughness concepts. Each lesson is broken into bite sized chunks so you can stop/start when it suits you. Lessons have intentionally been created through the eyes of the athlete, so parents and coaches get an inside look at this perspective. Using audio and video, the lesson format is engaging and thought-provoking, with an Athlete Workbook and Parent/Coach Workbook to help apply the concepts. One price covers the entire family!

  • How long will it take?

    You have a maximum of 6 months to complete the course, and you choose the pace. With just over 3 hours of content, how quickly you progress through each lesson depends on you. The suggested time frame is one lesson every 1-2 weeks. Remember, you need time to apply and practice what you have learned.

  • Does it include 1 on 1 coaching?

    No. You can sign up for 1:1 or Private Coaching with Shawnee after you complete the course, you can join her Mental Toughness Community with a monthly subscription, or you can join her private Facebook groups for free: Athletes Gold Medal Team, Parents/Coaches Gold Medal Team.
